What's Actually Inside AMP Joint 10
Ten named ingredients, each described in the terms their real research history actually supports.
Glucosamine Sulfate
A building block cartilage uses for structural maintenance. One of the most studied joint-health ingredients, including in NIH-funded research.
Chondroitin Sulfate
Often studied alongside glucosamine, chondroitin is associated with cartilage's water-attracting, shock-absorbing properties.
Turmeric Extract (Curcumin)
Curcumin is turmeric's primary active compound, commonly included in joint formulas for its association with a healthy inflammatory response.
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)
An organic sulfur source; sulfur is a mineral the body needs but cannot produce on its own, and is used in connective tissue maintenance.
Boswellia Serrata Extract
A resin extract studied in multiple placebo-controlled trials for knee joint comfort and range of motion, generally considered one of the faster-acting botanicals in this category.
BioPerine (Black Pepper Extract)
A standardized black pepper extract included to improve the absorption of other compounds in the formula, particularly curcumin.
Hyaluronic Acid
A key structural component of synovial fluid, associated with joint lubrication and cushioning.
Collagen Type II
The primary collagen type in articular cartilage, studied (particularly in undenatured form) for joint comfort and function.
Quercetin
A plant-derived antioxidant flavonoid included for general oxidative-stress support as part of the overall formula.
Bromelain
A proteolytic enzyme from pineapple stem, studied to a degree in connection with swelling and the body's normal inflammatory response.

A Note On This Formula's Final Two Ingredients
Marketing materials for AMP Joint 10 aren't fully consistent about its ninth and tenth ingredients. Two independent sources describing this product agree the final two are Quercetin and Bromelain, which is what this page uses. A different composite marketing image we reviewed for an earlier build of this same product listed Eggshell Membrane and Ginger Extract instead, and yet another listed Vitamin C and Manganese. The other eight ingredients — Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate, Turmeric Extract, MSM, Boswellia Serrata, BioPerine, Hyaluronic Acid, and Collagen Type II — are consistent across every source we checked. Always confirm the exact ingredient list against the label on the bottle you actually receive.
